In Strange Arrivals, host Toby Ball explores the folklore and culture surrounding UFO encounters by going deep into the source material and examining the key stories the center.
Season 3 (March 2023) looks at UFO researchers who developed theories to explain the phenomenon and the consequences those theories had for people who believed they had experienced the paranormal.
Season 2 (May 2021) explores the Rendlesham Forest Incident—one of the most famous UFO sightings in history, sometimes described as Britain's Roswell—and features interviews from all three main witnesses, as well as retired US Military Intelligence officer Richard Doty, and X-Files creator Chris Carter.
Season 1 (March 2020) seeks to unravel one of history's most famous cases of alien abduction, the story of Betty and Barney Hill.

About the Host
Toby Ball is a panelist on the hit podcast “Crime Writers On…” and the host of “Toby Ball’s Deep Dive Book Club” podcast. He is the author of the critically acclaimed crime novels The Vaults, Scorch City, and Invisible Streets. He resides with his family in New Hampshire. Betty and Barney Hill drove past where he lives on the morning of September 20, 1961.
